This is my 3rd time booking with Top Villas and I just wanted to say how impressed I was with my Sales Rep Dan. I had so many questions and I needed to make some changes to my reservation and he was able to help me. Even though I didn’t get the rental insurance, Dan was patient and professional with me the whole way.. I give this company a 100 out of 10 🤗🤗. I can’t wait to go on our annual family trip July 2021. I know my trip is not until July but I was so impressed with my sales rep I wanted to write a review and I never write reviews. I most definitely recommend Top Villas.

This is regarding Dan Pepin: I want to just take a moment to express my gratitude and your willingness to help me with my client and finding a new vacation home. While it was no fault of my own or Top Villas that my clients original home would not be ready in time for her check in today. You and Elodie did an Amazing job with helping and accommodating. From the moment I got on the call with you and explained the situation your promptness , professionalism and patience was at the forefront. You and I both looked and looked and you were just as willing as me to help me find something for my client. You helped me save the day and myself and my client are grateful to you. Top Villas is lucky to have such an amazing person on their team.

This is the third time I've rented a house with Top Villas and all the time the service is excellent. Katie Plummer, is a professional person, answered all my concerns that I had, and she gave me a complete information about what I might need . Also explained very well in detail the contract I was going to sign. She was 24/7 looking for the perfect house for us. Thanks to all the people who have been involved in all house I've rented with them. The Formosa Gardens is a spectacular neighborhood to stay, clean, peace quiet, and very safe place. Ana Vega and Family wants to thank all of you for your help and kind cooperation.

Marina was extremely helpful in finding us a beautiful home for our family to stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday - with slim pickings to choose from! She researched what was available based on our needs and sent me several different choices within minutes of me speaking to her on the phone. She answered my questions very quickly and made it super easy to book the reservation. She wasn't pushy at all, she listened and heard everything that I said and was extremely pleasant and responsive! We're very excited and look forward to our trip. It will be an awesome 80th birthday party for my mom, too!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I worked directly with a young lady named Grace. What a wonderful experience booking my upcoming trip to Orlando with her. She has gone above and beyond to make sure she answered all the questions I had and any concerns. I called inquiring about 2 properties. Immediately she offered to email me several other options that was in my price range and called to make sure I had received them for review. I told her I had and would follow up! (Side bar: I had a tire blow out later that day and was at the tire shop when she followed up). I told her I could not talk at that time and would call back. Instead, she called ME back to make sure I was ok and didn't want me to lose my 1st choice property. Long story short, I was able to book directly with her. If Top Villas take as much pride in the appearance of their homes upon my arrival as they do with the level of their booking agents, I have no doubt that this will be an AMAZING home. I am super excited and will book with them again!

Dan was very quick to respond to any concerns that I had when I was booking this trip. I would definitely book with top villa in the future. The Villa was a beautiful Villa that looked exactly like the picture shown on the website... plenty of suppplies in the kitchen.... very beautiful decor. Our only concern was the screen that encased the pool on the side of the house was cut deep enough that someone could slide through it. Also the living area rug needed to be cleaned/shampooed. Other than those two issues everything was great!

Elodie, was very helpful! She responded in a timely manner, if she was out of the office she made sure I had contact numbers to others that can assist me while she was away. She never had a problem getting me the information I needed and she always answered questions! I will recommend anyone to her or the team. Thank you so much! I will continue to book clients with Top Villas if I can always receive top notch customer service.

I really enjoyed our stay at Storey Lake #198. The villa was extremely clean and up to date. The amenities at the facility were very nice as well. My only suggestion would be to put a television in the kids room and to let guests know ahead of time that washcloths aren't supplied. Working with Shannon was great as well. She made sure all of my questions were answered, she was very professional and she made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay pleasurable. Thank you Shannon, we had a ball!

I booked a home with Magical Vacation homes last year and I went right back to them to book another home for this winter. Dealing with Marcos made the experience ever easier than last year. I had a few questions and had answers in minutes. I cannot recommend anyone better for this area in Florida. Thanks for all your help and can't wait to see this home, the one last year was more than we could have asked for.

Gaby was very helpful and pleasant to work with! She took all the time I needed to make sure we reserved the right vacation home for our family for our upcoming vacation. She was very thorough and answered all my questions. Gaby was very personable. I was very pleased with my experience working with her on securing our vacation home rental. I will definitely use her again with our next vacation plans!!! I highly recommend Gaby for your vacation planning!!!
